Helping Leaders and Teams Align
We support a limited number of organizations in an in-depth capacity. This function is some of our favorite work because the impact is greatest.
During these engagements, we support leadership teams and organizations with:
- Aligning the team around shared tools, language, frameworks
- Skillls to surface tough issues and elicit diverse views
- Observations of team dynamics, patterns at play that impede progress
- 1:1 coaching where needed with candid feedback
- A confidant with whom to share the emotional weight of leadership
How We Work With Teams And Organizations
After learning about your team, gaps and potentials, and desired outcomes in an initial meeting, we bring the team together for a Lead by Design leadership course to align the team around a leadership framework, tools, and language. Following the leadership course, we work with the team for 4 quarters providing guided implementation of the tools, suggesting new tools for evolving challenges, observing leadership in meetings, and providing 1:1 or team coaching to close the gap between current and aspired realities.
