Leadership Forum

For Managers of Managers

Crafted Leadership’s Leadership Forum is a leadership development experience for mid-level leaders. Research from McKinsey and Harvard Business Review confirms what many organizations already feel: middle managers—those who lead other managers—are under-supported and overextended. Positioned between the front lines and the C-suite, these leaders play a critical role in navigating complexity, aligning teams, and driving culture. Yet they often lack access to the development, coaching, and cross-functional exposure they need to grow into senior leadership.

Our Leadership Forum is designed to change that. It offers a powerful blend of executive coaching, peer learning across industries, and actionable tools that build long-term leadership capacity.
