Leader As Coach Program For Organizations
Leader as Coach is an interactive course for organizations seeking to develop internal coaching resources. Through the 26-week program, participants will learn relevant coaching techniques with supervision and practice. The goal of the program is for participants to be equipped to coach others so that the organization can coach itself.

What’s Covered In The Leader As Coach Program?
- Know how to coach outside the Drama Triangle
- Learn four different styles of coaching and when to use them
- Become an Above the Line coach vs a Below the Line Coach (able to observe drama and reactivity without becoming attached or ensnared)
- Respond to crisis and difficult dilemmas by supporting without rescuing
- Support others with deeper questions at the right time to facilitate their capacity for thinking on their own
Participants will practice coaching the full range of skills in pairs and in the large group with guided coaching. As a result of practice with the material, participants will be able to apply the skills immediately.

A 26-Week Course Including:
- Day-long in-person kick-off session
- 2-hour virtual sessions every three weeks (7 sessions total)
- In-person graduation session
- Weekly communication
- Supervised practice with work colleagues
- 12-16 participants per cohort
