Executive Leadership Program
A Leadership Development Program For Senior-Level Leaders
The Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is a 12-month applied practice program that will strengthen your capacity to lead. You will learn invaluable practices and tools to accelerate your professional growth and real-world impact.
This rigorous program will provide participants with theoretical foundations on the craft of leadership based on the work of renowned Harvard faculty, practical applications with current challenges, and hands-on learning exercises with guided facilitation. The program includes quarterly in-person sessions, individual coaching, structured six-week learning cycles, and peer-to-peer learning.
Why Should You Consider This Program?
- Leadership can be lonely, you can feel lonely
- You’re like a professional athlete in that high performance is expected of you. However, unlike athletes who spend most of their practicing and little time performing, you are always performing, always under pressure to know what to do, and have little time to learn, practice, or reflect on why you do what you do.
- You find value in discussing your challenges and gaining perspective from a supportive network of peers with similar levels of career achievement, in a trusting environment led by skilled facilitators
This program was created to meet these needs so you can gain new frameworks and practices while immersed in an inspiring and highly interactive cohort. By the end of the program, you’re equipped to re-enter your environment refreshed, with new tools and connections to support your leadership.
