Crafted Leadership’s Leadership Forum is a leadership development experience for mid-level leaders. Research from McKinsey and Harvard Business Review confirms what many organizations already feel: middle managers—those who lead other managers—are under-supported and overextended. Positioned between the front lines and the C-suite, these leaders play a critical role in navigating complexity, aligning teams, and driving culture. Yet they often lack access to the development, coaching, and cross-functional exposure they need to grow into senior leadership.
Our Leadership Forum is designed to change that. At a fraction of the cost of traditional programs, it offers a powerful blend of executive coaching, peer learning across industries, and actionable tools that build long-term leadership capacity.
What Is The Structure Of The 12-Month Leadership Forum?
Quarterly Sessions
Our quarterly full-day in-person sessions create a welcoming environment for self-reflection, skill development, and meaningful connections. We end with a half-day graduation session.
Individual Coaching Sessions
We schedule personalized one-on-one coaching sessions once a quarter.
Twice A Month Virtual Sessions
We facilitate virtual sessions to review material, discuss challenges, and provide mutual support.
Flex Goals Between Sessions
Develop individualized growth goals to experiment with learning edges.
Sponsor Check In
We connect with the participant’s sponsor (if applicable) to talk about ways to support the participant’s journey.
