Executive Leadership Coaching
Why Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching is a confidential process where you and an experienced coach work together over time, generally at least six months. The work is both active and reflective. Some of the skills we may cover in the coaching process:
- Improving your ability to diagnose the challenges you or your organization faces
- Sharpening your observation skills to see patterns and realities in yourself and the systems you operate in
- Building leadership capacity in yourself and others
- Developing emotional skills for the people-work that leadership demands
- Learning to create strong, trustworthy bonds and environments to make progress on the challenges you face
Executive coaching is a professional development tool like other tools but is uniquely designed to support leaders in meaningful growth, potentially across all areas of their lives. Because organizations are constrained only by the limits of their leaders—the “law of the lid”—those who are in a position of leadership benefit from self-development with an experienced coach.
Executive coaching provides a safe space for exploration and thought partnership for navigating the adaptive challenges inherent in practicing leadership.
360 Assessments
Our 360 assessment includes individual interviews with 6-12 colleagues and stakeholders, an online assessment, and a synthesized, easily-digestible report reviewed in a 1:1 coaching session to reflect on feedback and establish an actionable go-forward plan.
We conduct individual 360s and 360s for teams.
