Company Coach
Observing And Responding To The System
We support a limited number of organizations or teams in a role we informally call “company coach.” This function is some of our favorite work because we find it among the most effective means for creating lasting change.
This role comes out of our experience working with people in organizations of various sizes across sectors, in positions high and low, equipping them with tools for addressing pressing challenges.
Our company coach engagements generally last six months or longer, and during this time we support leadership teams and organizations with:
- Theoretical foundations with practical applications
- A common framework, shared language, and tools that strengthen unity and trust while providing a shorthand for connecting within the team or across departments
- Tools and tactics to inspire and mobilize collective action on challenging problems
- Experiential exercises and practice in building a strong holding environment that can reveal tensions, creative ideas, and values around tough issues facing the organization
- Observations of team dynamics, patterns at play, default behaviors
- 1:1 coaching where needed and honest feedback
- A confidant with whom to share the emotional weight of leadership
