Nancy Kepner
Leadership And Executive Coach
Nancy Kepner is a leadership coach, facilitator, and founding partner of Crafted Leadership. She has been studying, practicing, and teaching conscious leadership since 2007, and adaptive leadership more recently, supporting individuals to make powerful shifts in behaviors and awareness that strengthen their capacity to lead across professional and personal contexts.
She had led trainings and workshops for hundreds of teams and coached many leaders in the fields of government, financial services, tech, and healthcare. She has provided comprehensive leadership development resources for teams and leaders from enterprise-level organizations to small businesses and government agencies.
Nancy is one of the most engaged and thoughtful coaches I have ever worked with. She has a way of seeing us for who we really are, and she helps us unearth what is holding us back so we can start fresh.
Professional Experience
Prior to co-founding Crafted Leadership, Nancy spent over 15 years in senior leadership in operating roles, including as an executive director. That business experience, coupled with living and working abroad for five years and her training in the fields of peak performance, meditation, and behavior analysis, have provided her with holistic, empirically supported approaches to her work with leaders.
Education And Training
Nancy holds a BA from Baylor, an MA from University of Texas, an MEd from Western Washington University, and is a former board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She is in the Executive Education program at the Harvard Kennedy School and is a certified coach with the Evolutionary Power Institute and the Hendricks Institute, and a Feeding Your Demons® facilitator through Tara Mandala.
